This garden is minimalistic and beautiful, fantastic work! Very realistic, Erik!Ilona
Lovely and very realistic. It looks like you just took a photo of 1:1. Can't wait to see more of your work.
Beautiful! Looks like you could stroll through that gate and out to...? Will you be showing it in Chicago, next month?
John, this one is now in a FedEx truck waiting to be delivered to its owner. But I hope to have a Japanese piece in Chicago..... probability is 68%. In any case hope to see you there!
Oh, so nice! I love the use of real branches... they ARE real aren't they?lol
Yes, the "trunks" of the trees are real wood, dried and sealed.
Erik, I showed these pictures to a friend who is just getting into miniatures - and she thought it was a REAL Japanese house! She was so shocked when I told her it was a room box.
That is the highest compliment, thank you!
Hello Erik,Another fantastic room. It is just beautiful. It is incredinbly realistic. The tatami vertical tatami mats really drw the eye to the scene and I think make the room look bigger. I bet the gate leads to the garden in Kill Bill!Big hug,Giac
The gate in Kill Bill, I like that!!
